Based on the meeting minutes and discussion, we prepare a document for client review which we call “Work Breakdown Structure” (WBS). This document covers entire scope of the project and different phases of a project. It is mandatory for a project manager to get approval on the WBS from client before starting the project.
Project Manager is required to plan their assigned project after the approval of a project. Basecamp allows creating Milestone and they can be assigned to respective individual.
The ideal list of Milestone in any project involves below milestones:

Risk involved in each phase
